i realized as i am sitting here in the computer lab, that i have yet to write about crash.
perhaps it was because the movie overwhelms me, or perhaps i just forgot.
i guess the bottom line of the movie for me is that
ignorance is the root of all evil.
people are scared of things that are different from themselves. we are born that way and then as we are raised we are subconciously trained to fear the differences even more.
crash shows that in a place with many differences, there are many fears, and the fears lead to violence, and the violence lead to distance and the distance leads to herds of people who look the same, act the same, and fear the same.
what to do?
